Both sides will do the joint research in relative scientific and technical areas, including to joint publish the papers, apply the patents and joint research project.
The two sides conducted exchange visits with personnel, after negotiation, researchers or students from one Party can be seconded to the other Party to engage in the Project research. Costs，expenses and risks of such Researchers or students shall be born under the Agreement otherwise made between the Parties
