The aim is to establish joint work between the participants from the time of signature of the present document addressing the common interest of financing, supervising and hosting Light Bridges Fellows at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias. The Parties are committed to advance astronomy and astrophysics and to establish this collaboration on the basis of the advanced facilities of each Party e.g. the Two Meter Twin Telescope (TTT) on the LB side and the IAC’s scientific and technological capacities.
