If you are already a Doctor of Astrophysics, the following options are available:

• Postdoctoral contracts associated with projects from the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation (temporary contracts).
• Postdoctoral placements offered by the European Union, particularly through the European Network (see Marie Sklodowska-Curie, Individual Fellowships).

If you have several years' post-doctoral experience:

• Postdoctoral positions offered through the Ministry of Science and Education's Ramón y Cajal and Juan de la Cierva programmes.
• Permanent research and university teaching positions at the IAC and ULL.
