Description
In this paper we use the SoHO/VIRGO three colour time series data to investigate how colour correlated stellar signal and noise may be used to improve the S/N of the Eddington time series. We conclude that one may implement a two-colour system on Eddington in order to reduce the amount of noise at low frequencies. We propose a blue and a red broad band filter having the following passbands: blue: 350-650 nm and red: 550-850 nm.
