"This action proposes the consolidation of the European Programs Section (SPE), a specialized operational arm within the structure of the Office of Transfer and Institutional Actions. The performance of the SPE during the last two years shows excellent results that are reflected, both in the increase in the proposals presented and those approved, with a significant jump in the financing obtained in Horizon Europe.

EPIC-FINANCE thus pursues the following three objectives:

1. The consolidation, training and improvement of the European Programs Section (SPE) of the OTAI of the IAC.

2. The significant increase in the IAC's participation in European projects and programs, especially in Horizon Europe and with special

focus on consortium projects led by the IAC.

3. The training of IAC researchers and staff in the development and participation in European and international projects, with

special attention to Horizon Europe."
